BakerLaw LLP Complimentary Trading Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) Workshop

  • Posted

Does your business buy or sell goods or offer services? Do you provide your customers, clients or suppliers with a written set of your trading T&Cs? If so, when were they last reviewed?

Similar to the regular servicing of a motor vehicle, a periodic review your business's T&Cs is important and recommended to establish whether they remain robust and relevant, refer to current legislation and offer the protection you thought they were drafted to provide.

We are pleased to announce that BakerLaw's Company Commercial department is currently offering a complimentary T&Cs workshop to businesses, whether you are an existing client of the firm or new to BakerLaw. Therefore, if you would like to have your T&Cs reviewed at no cost, please kindly contact in the first instance BakerLaw's head of Company Commercial Jonathan Craig at jonathan.craig@baker-law.co.uk or 01252 730 754 for further information.

Alternatively, if you business does not currently have written T&Cs in place, Jonathan would be happy to arrange a meeting to discuss this issue with you further.
