Update: Following our previous report of 24th October 2017, which can be found here, the initial trial period for the refund of Employment Tribunals fees refunds has now ended.
The refund scheme is now open to everyone to apply if they paid an issue and/or hearing fee between July 2013 to 26th July 2017, when they were abolished.
The application can be made online here or alternatively by post or email.
As the scheme has just commenced we do not yet know how long this process will take.
