Farnham solicitors, BakerLaw, are to start offering a free legal clinic to provide expert advice relating to divorce, finances, children arrangements and other family law issues.
You will receive up to half an hour of free legal advice from BakerLaw’s knowledgeable family lawyers; Wendy Armstrong who has over 20 years’ experience of family law and Nikki Lynch, a Resolution accredited solicitor. The clinic will offer clear and practical advice in situations that we understand are stressful and emotional and our aim is to provide guidance to help you make better informed decisions.
Commencing 24th and 25th May, the legal clinic will be available Wednesday 10am to 11am and Thursday 4pm to 5pm at BakerLaw’s Farnham Office, Gostrey House, Union Road, Farnham Surrey GU9 7PT.
The clinics will be run by Associates Nikki Lynch and Wendy Armstrong who both have a wide range of experience in family matters and will be able to advise on issues such as:
- Divorce
- Civil partnership and dissolution
- Financial settlement on divorce/dissolution
- Pension sharing on divorce
- Children matters including contact and living arrangements
- Separation
- Cohabitation disputes
- Consent Orders
- Pre and post-nuptial agreements
- Grandparents contact
