Our dynamic firm is actively growing and as a result, we are seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor 6+ years of PQE to Head up our thriving Property Department in Farnham, Surrey.

We are offering a unique opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor 6+ years PQE to join this expanding practice. You will handle all forms of Property matters including instruction to post-completion including all aspects of real estate matters from landlord & tenant work, development, real estate finance, and sales and acquisitions and you will be responsible for supervising a dynamic team including a newly qualified solicitor and secretarial support. You will be working closely with the Partners of the department with the opportunity to combine home and office working.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor 6+ years PQE
- Previous experience handling Commercial Property matters
- Strong experience in autonomously managing files, coupled with a collaborative approach to teamwork
- Previous supervision/ management experience is essential
- Dynamic, detail-oriented, and ambitious for career progression
