Following a visit from an independent Lexcel assessor, BakerLaw is pleased to announce that the Firm has passed the re-accreditation process retaining its quality mark for practice management and client care.
As one of only 1,700 firms in the UK and the only Farnham based firm to hold this accreditation, BakerLaw is delighted to be recognised as a leading law firm which meets the required standards in 7 key areas: structure and strategy, financial management, information management, people management, risk management, client care, file and case management.
The independent assessor reviewed the Firm’s practices and conducted interviews with 3 lawyers and 3 support staff. He commented that he was very impressed with all of the interviews.
BakerLaw’s Managing Partner, Amanda Glover commented:
“As a Firm we attach great importance to Lexcel as it demonstrates our commitment to providing excellent client care and service to our clients. The process is rigorous and requires considerable time and commitment from all within the Firm. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their hard work and commitment in ensuring that we continue with this accolade.”
