I am a Consultant Solicitor working in the London office of BakerLaw.
My areas of work
My work covers an investment in commercial and residential real estate and the import/export of goods and services. I also have extensive experience of cross-border financial transactions and have worked with clients in all continents.
My previous experience
I am the founder of a law firm based in Prague where I remain as a Consultant advising the firm on matters of English Law. In 2006 I established a firm in London in order to build on cross-border expertise providing an efficient legal consultancy bridge between the UK and Central Eastern Europe.
Qualifications and Accreditations
I studied law at Trinity College Cambridge and in recent years have been awarded a postgraduate diploma in European Union law from Kings College London and the Law Society diploma in International Takeovers and Mergers. I am a member of the International Bar Association, the Union Internationale des Avocats and the Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats. I retired from practice as a Czech advocate in August 2016.
