With extensive experience in commercial leases, freehold acquisitions & disposals, and portfolio management, I support clients across a variety of industries. Qualifications and experience
After graduating from the University of Portsmouth with a degree in Biochemistry, I decided to pursue a career in law and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2022.
I have specialised in Commercial Property since 2017 and have worked both in-house in local government, as well as at high street and regional law firms.
Work highlights
- Providing corporate support in respect of the property aspects on a share sale at £2million
- Acting for a tenant in a linked transaction, for two new leases of office and industrial use, with a combined initial annual rent exceeding £600,000
- Acting on an option agreement and battery storage site lease, with the total rent exceeding £1million

Outside of work I enjoy travelling and spending time with friends and family.
