As BakerLaw’s Property Partner and Head of the Residential Property Department, I understand the importance of having a team of individuals that can support you every step of the way through your sale and purchase working personally with you to enable this process to run as seamlessly as possible.  I, and the team, will work with you in a friendly and professional manner and many of my clients return again and again with every move and they recommend me to both their family and friends.

For the last 30 years, I have worked and specialised in property law with a specific focus and expertise in residential conveyancing. I work across the breadth of property transactions, and at all value levels including:

Qualifications and Experience

I worked as a Legal Executive for many years before qualifying as a Solicitor. I have specialised exclusively in property since and gained my experience and reputation in the local community, however my network and clients extend globally. Previously a Partner in a local practice, I joined BakerLaw in 2019 to lead and further develop the property department bring my expertise and passion for the law, aligned with the firms values to serve not only the clients but the community as well.

Hobbies and Interests

I enjoy spending time with my wife Julie and our 3 children when they are around, 2 are at University leaving only one at home. Now they are more independent it allows us to dine out more frequently and enjoy fine wines.  I am a keen sports man and enjoy watching a wide range of sports as well as playing Vets football on the weekend.
