I am Head of Family and Employment at BakerLaw - I have specialised in family law and dispute resolution for over two decades in the Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey areas since qualifying in 2008.

Family Law

I am experienced in all areas of matrimonial and family law both dealing with issues that arise between married and unmarried couples and all associated matters such as divorce, children, financial matters or domestic violence. I am also a member of Resolution (Solicitors Family Law Association).

As a military wife, I have knowledge as to how divorce and family matters can affect forces families. I act for many military personnel and their dependents and I have a thorough understanding of the financial settlement options including military pensions. I provide legal advice to the military and their dependents through the RAF Hive Odiham on a regular basis.

Employment Law & other Dispute Resolution

I am also an experienced litigator and employment law solicitor, meaning I can assist with civil litigation matters such as debt collection, neighbour disputes, contractual claims, landlord and tenant law, settlement agreements and employment tribunal claims.

Hobbies and Interests

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two boys. I am a level 2 All England netball coach; I am treasurer, vice captain, and a player for a local netball team, and I am a keen follower of football. I am also the Chair of Governors at a local school.
