Qualifications and Accreditations
I obtained a Law Degree in Business Law in 1992 and qualified as a solicitor in 1995. Upon qualification I joined a West End law firm where I worked for 3 years. Since then, I was a partner in two Surrey-based Legal 500 law firms, before I joined BakerLaw LLP as a salaried partner in 2023. I am a member of the Property Litigation Association, the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association and the Commercial Litigation Association and I currently appear in the latest edition of “The Legal 500”.
My Experience
Over the years I have had several reported cases including, most recently: The Luxury Italian KBB Co Ltd and Anor -v- Boutros and Anor (2021). My clients range from private individuals to corporate entities, and I have acted for both UK-based and overseas corporate clients.
