Qualifications and Experience
I obtained a Law Degree in business Law in 1992 and qualified as a Solicitor in 1995. Upon qualification I joined a West End Law firm where I worked for 3 years. Since then, I have been a Partner in two Surrey based Legal 500 Law firms before joining BakerLaw LLP as a Partner in 2023. My clients range from private individuals to corporate entities - I have also acted for overseas corporate clients. I am a member of the Property Litigation Association, the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association and the Commercial Litigation Association and I currently appear in the latest edition of “The Legal 500”. Over the years I have had several reported cases including my most recent - The Luxury Italian KBB Co Ltd and Anor -v- Boutros and Anor (2021)”.
