Nadine Ronan

I am a Conveyancing Executive in the Residential Property team. 

My role

I joined BakerLaw as an Advanced Paralegal in January 2022 to assist a busy team advising clients within Freehold and Leasehold sale and purchase transactions, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity matters.

My qualification and experience

I have achieved the academic stage towards becoming a Chartered Legal Executive by passing the Higher Professional Diploma in Law & Practice (Level 6) exams.

I am now in the transitional phase before submitting my portfolio of work to Cilex Regulation, to hopefully be admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.

I have acted previously for clients in both Freehold and Leasehold sale and purchase transactions, re-mortgages, and transfer of equity matters.

I shall be advising within shared ownership transactions and new-build purchase matters under direct supervision from the Head of Residential Property.

My hobbies

Nowadays I enjoy spending precious time with my young family, and any time spent in the company of my retired Advanced dressage horse is always special!

I have also run two London Marathons for very worthy charities, back in 2006 and 2010.
