Our busy and successful Dispute Resolution department is growing fast, and we are seeking a skilled Dispute Resolution Solicitor of 6+ years of PQE to join this thriving team.
We provide long term support to both business and individual clients in a wide variety of commercial and civil litigation matters.

We have a modern approach, using up to date case management systems to ensure an efficient and cost-effective experience for our clients and are looking to recruit:
Commercial Litigator–focusing on Commercial and Contract Litigation. Familiarity with contentious insolvency would also be essential.
Property Litigator–covering both Residential and Commercial Property with familiarity in general contract dispute work.
The successful candidate will have excellent technical knowledge and the ability to build strong client relationships. They will have proven business development skills, a keen commercial awareness, and a proven track record in generating work
They will also be looking for an opportunity to play a key role in the growth and development of the Dispute Resolution department going forward. The Dispute Resolution department have built their recent success on collaborative working arrangements so the successful candidate will enjoy working as part of team and supervising and developing others
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor 6+ years PQE
- Previous experience handling Dispute Resolution matters
- Strong experience in autonomously managing files, coupled with a collaborative approach to teamwork
- Previous supervision/ management experience is essential
- Dynamic, detail-oriented, and ambitious for career progression
