The latest edition of our Attorney Support Services newsletter is out now and the focus is on financial matters.

It also includes details of a recent case involving an Attorney who had to request retrospective authority from the court for payments he had made to himself and his family including payments made for care given by the Attorney. A reminder of the importance of keeping proper accounts/records and seeking approval of payments of gifts made by the Attorney on behalf of the Donor.
