While the calling to the bright lights of the city have been on the strategic roadmap for some time, the project was more about securing the right people and right place. The decision to open a second office was not about rapid growth but about servicing clients better and ensuring longevity.
The office expands the team and adds to the wealth of experience adding new recruits and existing BakerLaw staff. This new dynamic team will be better placed to serve both companies and consumers, new and existing in the region.
The new office will provide City Lawyers and expertise at realistic prices together with the high service levels associated with a modern and progressive Law Firm such as BakerLaw.
Amanda Glover, Managing Partner, said “This is an exciting time for BakerLaw. The opening of a second base in London will help us not only strengthen our team in terms of experience but also open opportunities to offer new services to our portfolio. We are therefore delighted to add international commercial litigation and immigration to our portfolio headed up by our new Partner and Head of the London office, Pammi Babbra who has a wealth of experience in this area and in managing a practice together with Susan Marziano whose reputation is unrivalled in immigration circles.”
