You Will Handle
We are offering a unique opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join this expanding practice. You will handle all forms of Property matters including as follows:
- Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfer of equity
- Shared ownership matters
- Registered & unregistered land
- General residential conveyancing transactions
Ideally, you will also have experience of progressing new build transactions, including dealing with developers, tight exchange deadlines and lender requirements.
