Route to Market Terms and Conditions

At BakerLaw we have experience in providing advice to commercial clients in relation to their trading terms and conditions for the supply of goods and services to businesses and consumers both in the UK and internationally.

In addition to drafting bespoke contracts, we also undertake T&Cs ‘health-check’ reviews and reports to commercial clients, advising them on their robustness and any potential statutory conflicts. Other matters for consideration should include the effectiveness of their incorporation, price, payment and security issues, warranties and indemnities, risk and insurance, specification, delivery/acceptance and law and jurisdiction.
